To minimize confusion, we generally do not include the puppies we plan to hold back for ourselves. It is at this time we start the reservation process.
We do maintain a waiting list, and when new litters are introduced, we give priority to clients on the waiting list, based on the dates they made their deposits and the puppy preferences they have given us.
As puppies are reserved, we indicate the first names of the clients and their home states.
Since we try to give clients a reasonable amount of time to make decisions on puppies they are considering, we cannot guarantee that puppies that are not shown as reserved will in fact be available.
Our puppies are often mature enough to go to their forever homes starting at 9 weeks of age, although not all puppies develop at the same rate, and we may want to hold some puppies a little longer.
